Thor Boerdery operates as an online agricultural store and is not a walk-in farm. All purchases must therefore be placed online in advance for either collection or delivery.
To maintain consistent quality and availability, we work closely with a network of trusted local farmers and suppliers in Randfontein and surrounding areas. Products are sourced according to confirmed customer orders rather than being kept permanently on-site.
Advance Orders
All orders must be placed and confirmed at least 3–5 working days in advance. This allows sufficient time for us to coordinate with our suppliers, source the required stock, complete the necessary preparations, and arrange collection or delivery.
Customers will be notified once their order is ready and collection or delivery arrangements have been confirmed.
Please note: Walk-in purchases or same-day collections are not available unless specifically arranged and confirmed in advance.

Thor Boerdery offers delivery throughout South Africa and can arrange deliveries to selected destinations across Africa. We also export certain eligible products internationally, subject to destination-country regulations, product type and applicable import/export requirements.
Within South Africa, deliveries must be made to a valid physical address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
If your address is within a security estate, complex, farm or access-controlled property, please ensure that the courier or transport company will be permitted entry. Where access is restricted, we recommend providing an alternative delivery address to avoid delays.
For deliveries outside South Africa, shipping arrangements and costs are quoted individually based on the destination, product, quantity, weight and applicable documentation requirements.
Certain products, particularly livestock, poultry, fertile eggs and other regulated agricultural products, may require veterinary health certificates, import/export permits, inspections or other documentation before shipment.
International export is available for selected products only and remains subject to applicable South African export regulations and the import requirements of the destination country.

Thor Boerdery – Delivering Across South Africa, Africa & Selected International Destinations.
Please allow for delays – Deliveries may take between 2 and 7 working days as a result of excessive orders. Orders are not processed over weekends but only on weekdays. The estimated time of delivery is within 48 hours in the Johannesburg and Pretoria area; 72 hours to other metropolitan areas and 96 hours to outlying areas from the time the payment is cleared. We will communicate with you should there be a delay. You should receive your parcel within 5 working days unless the courier experiences issues finding your address. Deliveries will only be made to the designated delivery address between 8 am and 5 pm Mondays to Fridays. No deliveries will be made on weekends and public holidays.
Delivery costs may vary depending on the product, supplier, destination, parcel size and courier service.
Most orders are shipped using Fastways or The Courier Guy, while some suppliers may use their own approved courier or transport service.
Your applicable delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout once you have entered your delivery address on the Thor Boerdery website.
For specialised, oversized, livestock or cross-border orders, delivery costs may be quoted separately.
Orders cannot be split between multiple delivery addresses. If you require delivery to different addresses, please place and pay for each order separately.
Each order can only be assigned to one delivery address.
Thor Boerdery is an online store and not a walk-in farm. All orders must be placed online in advance for collection or delivery.
We source our products from trusted local farmers and suppliers around Randfontein and surrounding areas, helping us provide fresh, quality products to our customers.
Please allow 3–5 working days for stock to be sourced and prepared. Customers will be notified once their order is ready for collection or delivery.
Please note: Walk-in and same-day purchases are not available unless arranged and confirmed in advance.
You will receive email updates as your order is processed. Once your order is ready for collection or dispatch, you will be notified accordingly.
For courier deliveries, you will receive SMS and/or tracking updates from our delivery partner once your parcel has been collected, allowing you to follow its delivery progress.
If no one is available at the specified address, the courier will contact you to arrange redelivery or an alternative delivery time.
Please note that Thor Boerdery reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee for unsuccessful delivery attempts or redelivery arrangements.
